Ibadan building collapse: Four rescued, several injured

Four persons have been rescued from a three-storey building that collapsed on Friday in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Eyewitnesses said the building, located in Sogoye, along Bode, Molete area of Ibadan, Oyo State, had collapsed suddenly while still under construction, with several people injured and others trapped underneath.

While no death has so far been reported as at the time of filing this report, four of those who were trapped in the rubble were rescued about an hour after.
Our Correspondent reported that some of the victims were still making calls to relatives to muster the necessary help that will lead to their rescues.
