But who is this Hero?The Governor of Benue state, Samuel ioraer Ortom was born in 1961 April 23th at Ako Akaahena Guma Local government area of Benue state, Nigeria.Married with Nine children's.ln 1970-1974 he attend St John's primary school, Gboko, in 1974-1976, St Catharines primary school makurdi,idah secondary commercial college,idah in 1976-1979, national school of salesmanship, Manchester in 1982-1984. School of international studies in 1994-1995.the Governor of Benue state Dr Samuel ioraer Ortom attend Ahmadu Bello University, zaria.in 1994-1998- Benue state University, makurdi in 1999-2001. In 2002-2004.benue state University,makurdi in 2006. Benue state University. Till date, this are Qualfications obtained by the Governor of Benue state Dr Samuel ioraer Ortom.In 1989  General certificates of education in 1983, Diploma in salesmanship,IJMB 1995 .In 1997 Diploma in journalism.Advanced Diploma in personnel management( ADPM) 2001 Master of public Administration ( MPA) in 2004. Master of science in Development studies (M.Sc). Working experience and Responsibility held with dates  by the  Governor of Benue state Dr Samuel ioraer Ortom.In 1980-1982 salesman and driver with Done enterprises gboko.1982-1984. salesman in bem interested farms limited atakapa house Gboko 1984. salesman in Gyado food's co.ltd makurdi. In 2007, Governor Samuel ioraer Ortom was elected officials of the People Democratic party (PDP)to serve as the national Auditor of the party PDP in December 8th 2007. In 2011 during the administration of Good luck Johnathan Governor Samuel ioraer Ortom was appointed as the minster  trade and investment of the federal Republic of Nigeria and President Good luck Johnathan appoint him to overseas the minstery of Aviation. Today ladies and gentlemen, the Governor of Benue state Dr Samuel ioraer Ortom Nyamkyume I Nzorov /MPA,MNIM.FCIA. current now Hon.Chief.Dr. Samuel ioraer Ortom is the Executive Governor of Benue state and he  won his election,  return elected for the second time.
